4. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

4.1. The Parent/Guardian must supervise the Student's use of the Platform where appropriate, particularly for younger children.

4.2. The Parent/Guardian is responsible for ensuring the Student behaves respectfully during classes and interacts appropriately with Platform Teachers and other Students.

4.3. The Parent/Guardian consents to the Student's participation in classes, including any audio/video interaction with Platform Teachers, subject to our Privacy Policy.

5. Child Safety and Code of Conduct

5.1. KIDS Programming BD is committed to providing a safe learning environment. All Platform Teachers undergo a verification and background-check process before being permitted to teach.

5.2. Classes may be recorded for quality assurance and safety purposes, with prior notice to Parents/Guardians.
